Thanks! Thats most helpful. I figured it was some European regulations from the other posts I was reading. I haven't decided yet. I can't find any real long term reviews. Most of the trail riding I do is rail bed with mixed wood/rocky trails but only small sections. Most of it is high speed wide open road, and not really rocky or rutty.

Yes, it is a Chinese motorcycle and some components are cheaply made. However, you can’t have top-spec Japanese or European kit for this price and there are lots of good parts on this bike.
