After all measurements are done you can determine which valves need to be adjusted. To adjust the valve lash the camshafts need to be removed. This engine has fixed tappets without adjustment plates. This means that the complete tappets need to be replaced to adjust the valve lash.

This is a question for anyone who has or has driven a Ti-VCT engine. The fiesta is quite a light car, and the engine puts out about 120bhp and 152NM of torque, and does 0-60 in 9.9 secs. However this 0-60 is the same as the mk6 zetec-s which had less power and was heavier if I remember correctly?
2006 Ford Focus 1.6 Ti-VCT - Jerky throttle when closed or almost closed - elekie&a/c doctor : I think you will be wasting your time.Unless you have very small pin point back probes,then you are not going to get an accurate reading.Dmm is no good,you need a scope.Using your dmm probes may make the situation worse.the connecting pins are very small and easily damaged.

Dvojitý kat 4x lambda měla série motorů HXDA rv. 2005-2006 ,je zajímavé že sice udávali 85kW ale ve skutečnosti tyto motory měli na brzdě opravdu 92kW ,taky jsem jedním ze šťastných majitelů tohoto motoru .Ale až do doby než se tam něco pokazí jen
